Manish Goel, FCA

Founder & Principal

Manish Goel is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the founder of NorthPath Advisory OÜ.

He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2004 and began his career in corporate finance at Ranbaxy Laboratories Limited, one of India's largest pharmaceutical companies at the time, where he gained foundational experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and the financial management of a complex multi-jurisdiction corporate group.

In 2017, he founded an independent equity research and investment advisory practice in India focused on long-term, fundamentals-driven investment frameworks. Over the following years, the practice grew to serve a domestic and international client base across retail and high-net-worth investor segments, and was featured in publications including CIO Look India, Insights Success, and The Knowledge Review as an emerging voice in Indian equity advisory.

NorthPath Advisory OÜ was established in Estonia to extend this analytical practice into international consulting, financial education, and corporate training services for clients across Europe and globally — operating as a fully digital, location-independent business under European Union legal infrastructure.

Approach

The practice is built on three principles:

  • Evidence over opinion. Recommendations and analysis are grounded in verifiable data and recognised analytical frameworks, not narrative or speculation.
  • Long horizons over short cycles. Whether in business strategy or capital allocation education, the practice emphasises decisions that compound over years, not quarters.
  • Education over dependency. The goal of our training and content services is to build our clients' independent capability, not to create reliance on the firm.
