No. NorthPath Advisory OÜ is not a MiFID II-authorised investment firm and does not provide personalised investment advice or recommendations in respect of any specific financial instrument. The monthly portfolio disclosure is published as transparency — so readers know what the author actually owns when they read his analysis — not as a recommendation to buy or sell. Where individual securities are discussed in any essay, the author’s position is disclosed in line with Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 (Market Abuse Regulation), Article 20. Readers should consult an authorised financial adviser regulated in their own jurisdiction before making any investment decision.
How is this different from the author’s Indian platform?

How are payments handled?
Premium membership is processed through Memberful, the same platform used by Stratechery and many other independent publications. Memberful handles payment via Stripe and accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, SEPA Direct Debit (EU), and most major regional payment methods. All transactions are billed by NorthPath Advisory OÜ in EUR. Cancel anytime from your account — no questions, full prorate. Invoicing for institutional subscriptions can be arranged on request.
